GoHawkeye Sports Enabling Grant Program

 

 

The GoHawkeye grant program is open to adaptive individuals and organizations in the United States and consists of adaptive sports equipment and adaptive sports experience grants. The grant cycle is biannual ending May 1 and November 1.

Read all the sections carefully and use the files requested. The application will not submit without the correct files. Use the correct tax form or SSI letter. A well thought out essay receives serious consideration.

GoHawkeye grants rarely exceed $5,000 and we look for applicants who are motivated in fundraising to reach their goal. You should be applying for other grants and/or have some personal savings/fundraising to apply toward a grant. We especially like to “finish” your efforts if we are able. Sports Equipment Grant

We need to know as much as possible about what kind of adaptive sport equipment you’re working towards. Be specific. You must supply a quote or estimate from the retailer. Grant funds awarded will only be sent to the retailer.

Sports Experience Grant

We need to know what you want to do and where for the adaptive sport experience. You must provide a quote or detailed estimate from the vendor. We especially like to support camps offered by adaptive sport organizations but also include individual experiences.
